Knee: Complex Understanding for Simple Solutions – 14 hours – UPDATED!
This 14-hour course includes lecture and lab demonstration to explore the complexity of the knee and the patient attached to it. Topics including patellofemoral pain (PFP) and tendinopathies in the region such as patellar and quadriceps will be discussed. There will also be extensive exploration of postoperative management and return to play strategies for common procedures such as anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR), meniscal repairs, etc. These concepts will be rooted in a strong foundation of biomechanics and the role that force plays in these presentations.

Foundations of Practice – 6.75 hours
This series of lectures explore an overview of science and how it interacts with rehabilitation practice, interacting with our patients and the societies that they inhabit, and finally, biomechanics and interventions around movement and function. The content is presented in short lectures that cover both theory and application and can be viewed at the individual participant’s pace. The goal of the course is to provide an effective foundation for practice, whether the learner is a new graduate or an experienced clinician looking for a new way to think about how we approach our patients and the world that surrounds them.

Examination and Treatment of Running Injuries – 14.0 hours
This advanced 14-hour course will provide a thorough review of the most recent scientific findings related to the examination, diagnosis and treatment of running injuries. Discussion will focus on the current literature pertaining to running mechanics and injury, and the clinical decision making needed to achieve superior outcomes. Novel strategies to modify running mechanics will be presented as part of a comprehensive approach to treatment.

Sloptimal Loading: Exercise Prescription & Clinical Decision Making – 13.0 hours
In this 13-hour online course, the principles of exercise prescription are looked at through the lens of the uncertainty that clinicians deal with in the trenches. By combining evidence with heuristics, those who enroll will leave with an understanding of how to apply exercise in a practical manner that uses feedback loops to self-correct. This course emphasizes critical thinking and clinical decision making in therapeutic exercise prescription.
